Permissions
Vitro grants you limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the trademarks and logo in promotional materials created exclusively by or for your company. Use of these trademarks and logos is permitted only with Vitro‘s sole discretion and consent.

By requesting our logo files, you acknowledge and agree that the trademark(s) are intellectual property owned exclusively by Vitro.

Restrictions
The use of Vitro trademarks is restricted to authorized Vitro goods and services only. Material modification to any promotional materials referencing one or more of these trademarks may require prior written approval from Vitro. You may not, in any circumstance, use as part of your domain name, or other source indicator— such as your company name, trade name or social media site identifier— the listed trademarks, the letters “Vitro,” or any other trademark owned by Vitro.

May only be used only with permission;
May not be used in or as the name of your company, products or services, nor as part of your domain name;
May not be used in false or misleading advertising as defined by applicable law, municipal ordinance or the administrative agency regulations of any country;
May not be used in any objectionable material considered by the company to be defamatory, scandalous, pornographic or otherwise detrimental to the image of the company;
May not be used to disparage Vitro Architectural Glass and its products, people or services; or in any way to diminish or damage the reputation or goodwill of the company and/or its trademarks.

Logos trademarked by Vitro and its related entities may be reproduced only using logo files provided by Vitro and/or its related entities.

Trademark Attribution Statements
Vitro Architectural Glass trademarks used in collateral, advertising, packaging, web pages, manuals, data sheets, etc., must be accompanied by the proper trademark attribution statement at the end of the document in a footer or in a visible, discreet location on packaging.

If this letter is drafted in a language in addition to English, the English language version is controlling.
